An industrial technology firm based in Ahmedabad, working across India and with international clients. We consult, we build, we develop organisations and products, and we run a network of partners for the parts of a problem that need a specialist.
Our robotics company, RoboTechMech Solutions, is an authorised partner of ABB Robotics and Rockwell Automation.

How we think
Analysis before design
We do not recommend what we have not examined. The audit comes first.
Ownership with accountability
One accountable lead on every engagement, however many partners are involved.
Trade-offs, named
Every option comes with what it costs, what it risks and what it forecloses. No slide says “leverage synergies”.
Build to hand over
Documentation, training and a maintenance plan are part of scope, not extras.
Plant-floor realism
Dust, heat, shifts, operators. Designs that ignore them do not survive commissioning.

We prefer clients and partners we will still be working with in ten years.
