Food & beverage
Vision-based foreign-particle detection
Problem. Foreign material escaping to packed product on a high-speed line; manual inspection inconsistent across shifts.
What changed. In-line vision system with lighting and optics designed for the product, integrated to reject and to the line PLC. Detection consistent across shifts; escape events logged with images for root-cause work.
Continuous manufacturing
In-line quality inspection for continuous lines
Problem. Quality measured by sampling at the end of a continuous process; defects discovered long after they started.
What changed. Continuous in-line inspection with real-time trend alerts, so drift is caught in minutes rather than at the next sample.
Biscuit manufacturing
IoT for a biscuit plant
Problem. Oven, mixer and packing data lived in separate systems and operator logbooks; downtime causes were argued rather than known.
What changed. Instrumented the critical assets, built the data pipeline and dashboards, and gave the plant a single view of OEE and downtime reasons.
Education technology
Knolzi — AI knowledge-exchange platform
Problem. Online teaching tools deliver video but tell the educator nothing about whether anyone is learning.
What changed. Built and shipped Knolzi: course delivery with session-health dashboards, engagement and cognition analytics, secure access and LMS integration. Live at knolzi.ai.
Food & beverage
End-to-end packaging automation
Problem. Hygiene, labour dependency and inconsistent packing quality on food lines; manual handling at every step from primary packaging to dispatch.
What changed. Through RoboTechMech: a complete turnkey line covering primary packaging, secondary packaging and all the way to dispatch using AMRs, with vision and IoT monitoring, reducing human contact with product and giving real-time traceability.
